Comment: Kermit really took his time to thoroughly clean our carpets! I could tell he genuinely cared about getting our carpets as clean as was possible given their age of 12 years. I've kept his business card so I can request him for my next cleaning. I've used Dalworth almost 20 years and Kermit is definitely from the cream of the crop!

Comment: I've been using Dalworth for many years and have considered myself a very good customer. This time, however, When I needed immediate service this year, as a result of pet stains, I had service within a few hours. This time, although not as urgent, I was told that to get one of the techs I requested, it would be almost 3 weeks. And then when I spoke further with customer service, I was told that Frank was taking Tuesday off and that Jose was not servicing Fort Worth. Why was this not shared with me in the first place? I would not have been as frustrated Alberto cleaned my carpet and idid a good job.

Comment: it was awesome! We have four kids, we were trying not to replace the carpet in the kdis playroom, we did the restoration clean, it is seriously like new. We have a 2 year old daughter who tried to paint her nails and had spilled some nail polish on the carpet, it was a dark purple stain and he got it out!! We have a son who has asthma and we noticed that he had no breathing problems after he left, which is why we chose Dalworth, because we wanted to feel good about the chemicals used. We were very impressed..
