Comment: Excellent customer service by Jenny! She was outstanding in getting service out as quickly as possible and followed up with us to ensure we got our carpet cleaned before the holiday weekend! Comment: We have used Dalworth off and on since moving to DFW in 1980. Occasionally clean carpet ourselves, but would never call another commercial carpet cleaner. Great job, Dalworth!

Comment: In addition to using the website, a lovely lady from customer service called to help me with the process (I had included a rug and she helped to clarify how to do it). She also explained how the different levels worked. Then yesterday Monty showed up. What a great staff you have. He was professional, funny and very thorough. He got the job done in a short amount of time and the carpets look great. Also gave me advice for the rug, and I will be calling soon to schedule that! No doubt I will always use Dalworth as long as I have carpet. Thank you.
