Comment: We Had a livingroom chair cleaned, which did not get the soil out. You sent an inspector out to look at it. He agreed it did not come clean. He was very helpful and agreed that it did not come clean. He refunded our 120 dollars. We felt you ere very fair with us, and we use your business again. Thank you so much. Mary Lou Young

Comment: I used Dalworth Clean for the first time June 7, 2016 and I'm glad I did!!! I had been looking for a company to clean my tile floors/grout in the kitchen/breakfast area and I have to say, I don't have to look any further!!! The technician was very professional and he did a GREAT job... my floor looks new!!! The great customer service I received started with the representative that scheduled my appointment. She was also very professional and in my opinion she and the technician went above and beyond to assist me with my appointment. I highly recommend Dalworth Clean and I will be using them again!! Comment: Cosandra was wonderful! Although they have to come out to re clean for the lingering odor, the woman I spoke to the second time was extremely helpful, pleasant, and patient. The pet odor was not originally applied even though I told the first representative I spoke to there were pet stains and dropping, so I'm not sure why it wasn't taken care of the first time
