Comment: My service tec, David worked so hard on my sectional couch to get it clean. He did an excellent job. There are still a few stains on the carpet upstairs, but it is old. He did a great job, was very polite and took time to Doan excellent job

Comment: Aaron was our service technician and was impressive. He explained the process thoroughly so that we knew exactly what to expect. His diligence at getting stains removed from the carpeting plus his friendliness and the great results FAR exceeded my expectations. I won't hesitate to recommend Dalworth, and I will specifically recommend Aaron. The last time Dalworth cleaned our carpeting, there were 2 technicians to do the work and the results were good. But Aaron's work was excellent. The phone representative really helped me clarify exactly what I wanted done and helped me to get the best deal for it. I was pleased with her thoroughness, also.

Comment: Our technician, Orlando, was awesome. Very courteous and professional. Wanted to make sure we were 100% satisfied with the work. We had some spots on our sofa after it dried. I called to let Dalworth know and Orlando came back out to take care of the problem. All looks great now!

Comment: The gentleman who was the technician, was very nice. I had to leave as my granddaughter came to town, and I wanted to see her. Had no doubts that he could, and would, do a great job even if I was gone. He was just a wonderful gentleman. My carpets look wonderful!

Comment: The only problem that I had for the service was that I feel like because I am a repeat customer and I don't even live that far out I shouldn't have to pay extra for the outlying area charge.This should be a one time charge due to I use you all every year and having to pay more is not something I look forward to. js6/21
