Comment: George, the technician, was personable and willing to go over the areas I asked him to go over. I don't recall him pre-vacuuming the living room and dining room and he did not use fans to dry those areas. I asked for upgraded service from economy to standard in these two rooms. Areas of the carpet are still damp, so that is why I am saying more than 24 hours for a complete dry. I am using fans to dry the areas.
