Comment: I don't really know how long it took for the carpet to dry. The technician told me to leave the furniture out of the living room for at least 24 hours, to be sure it was dry. I left it for two days, just to be sure and then had to move it all back by myself. He came alone and did not want to move some pieces because they were too heavy; hence, he cleaned around them. The upstairs was mostly completely empty except for a few stored items, which I put in the bathroom and closets. I think the carpets look great, considering they were 13 years old, with high traffic soil and old pet stains. I don't really know how to rate the price. I was happy to pay it, and don't regret it, if that helps.

Comment: There was just one small area that was not dry until the next day. We are very pleased with Dalworth service. Carpet was treated for pet odor and protection.

Comment: Good job.....some areas in kitchen were stained with grease but tech did the best job he could do get it out. Floors look much better....didn't know how dirty they were until they were cleaned!!

Comment: Technician informative, efficient and cooperative. After placing on line order, I contacted customer service requesting a experienced technician. I got just that. My opinion of Dalworth has been upgraded.

Comment: Dalworth has always done a wonderful job. Your prices are a little on the high side, but it's a quality cleaning and it's worth it. The carpets actually felt pretty dry to the touch by evening, but we didn't move much furniture back until the following day just to be sure.
