Comment: I was very impressed with the service I received from Pat. I have had Dalworth cleaning in my home several times, and this last visit far exceeded my expectations. I have been wanting to remove my carpets because I had become so disenchanted with how they were wearing. They were easily dirty and buckling in several places. Pat did an amazing job of stretching the carpet to relive the buckling! He also cleaned three area rugs, they look amazing! He then cleaned the carpet making it look better than it has in almost nine years - even better then other cleanings or even spot cleanings I have attempted! I am still amazed the next morning by how my house appears as if new carpet has been laid! I am looking forward to scheduling a visit for Pat to come back and treat my upstairs carpets!

Comment: I PAID FOR ONE ROOM AT THE PREMIUM LEVEL AND AFTER THE CLEANING WAS DONE I FOUND A COOKIE ON THE FLOOR UNDER THE BED AND THEY WAS TO MOVE THE FUNITURE SO THAT JUST MAKES ME THINK THAT THEY DID NOT MOVE THE BED AND IT NOT A BIG BED ITS SMALL AND ITS NOT HEAVY. Comment: It may have been costly because of pet odor issues and applying scotch guard application but it beats the cost of new carpet and Steven was an excellent technician. Thank you.
