Comment: Our only complaint is that one person showed up so my husband had to help move all the furniture. We thought moving everything was part of the service as it was stated in the agreement. My husband has shoulder problems and was hurting last night from moving things. The tech was GREAT. He did all he could but some furniture simply requires 2 people.

Comment: I don't like your menu sales person really convinced me to try to get the service a different way..insisted on having someone to come out and take a look at the pet odor..i dont like the way your sales person works..i really think that they were trying to stay to the script..so the next time i call i will be talking to a manager to book my order not a sales person.
