Comment: Nalauren and Dawn helped me on the phone to get my quote and set up my appt. They were both easy to talk to and understood my needs. Costel, my technician did a fabulous job! He even redid certain areas I asked him to do. My house is big and he was by himself so I felt bad about that. He was here for four and a half hours. It would have been better if two technicians came to do such a big job. Other than that, my first experience with Dalworth was great and will be using them again for future carpet cleaning and for the other services they offer.
