Comment: Praise for Howard Howard warned me several times to be careful walking from wet carpet to slick tile. He would not let me move my heavy motorized leather couch. He said his metal nozzle would reach under the couch. So, there was no need to move the couch. Howard wanted to protect my safety. I appreciate his concern.

Comment: I was doing my best to give the correct number of vents to the phone representative (because your website severely lacks when it comes to scheduling air duct service online) and she still did not get the count correct. I know it just means a change in the final amount I pay, and is no big deal in the end, but it was rather frustrating when I was trying to explain the entire situation and she did not follow.

Comment: I was a little disappointed in the cleaning, but I paid for the lowest level of service so I probably got what I paid for. There was little to no attention given to the carpet up next to the baseboards or the wall along the steps. You could still see the dirt after the cleaning. But, I didn't pay for the higher level of service so thinking it had nothing to do with the technician.

Comment: My wife was so happy when she got home and saw the carpet. The carpet man not only did a good job but he did a great job! He really took pride in what he was doing and it showed in his work. The carpet feels clean and almost looks like new carpet. The next time we get our carpet clean I would love it if the same guy could come back out again. Thank you all so very much!!!

Comment: The technician who cleaned my carpets was the best that I have had with Dalworth. My carpets have never looked this good since they were new. I will ask for him when I need them cleaned again. His name is Costel. I will refer him to anyone that needs carpets cleaned.

Comment: We had some problem after I made the appointment for service, somehow it wasn't entered in your system. Consequence: the cleaning person didn't show up between 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. I was very troubled, because others depended in the room being cleaned Friday. Your group worked very hard to help us and we had our carpet clean and dry before Saturday. I appreciate the pull of your staff to get us someone to come in our aid! Thank you, Ada Hinkle
