Comment: This was the first time I have had the carpet cleaned since moving into the home. To be honest, I found the price to be higher than desired but I wanted specific parts cleaned by a company that was known with good ratings. I don't believe I got what I paid for by going with the highest package BUT now that the carpet has been done, I liked Adam and his communication with me. I now know that I will call first and discuss options instead of online. He did a good job and was professional.

Comment: My carpet was installed 14 years ago when I built my home. Over the years having various room renters and there surprise pets, there were several stains that needed attention. My technician, Chris Leitner, explained what he would do to make my carpet look like new and boy did he! It was expensive, but I am very pleased! Chris was very knowledgeable and professional. Comment: The young man who came to clean our carpets was absolutely wonderful. I am going to try to ask for him by name next time. He was a very hard worker and he went the extra mile on every inch of the carpet. Saying that, he was also very quick. He finished before I had a chance to sit down with my tea. He was just amazing.

We requested the package where they just clean the exposed areas of the carpets (not moving furniture). We had five carpeted rooms cleaned. They said normal price was $250 but we had a coupon for $50 off, so total after tax was $215. The technician was very good. We were not quite ready for him. We had to pick up kid's toys, chairs, etc., but he waited patiently and retreated when we had picked up everything. He answered all of our questions with ease and clarity. The carpets looked great when he was finished with them with almost all of the stains and spots removed. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them. Comment: My service technician was outstanding, and had some very helpful ideas on cleaning my condo as I was moving back into it after having had renters for the past 8 years.
