Comment: The service techs were quick and professional. They did a great job. There was however some miscommunication along the way. I was told on the phone that since there was no furniture to move I could choose from two services - deodorizer or clean baseboards. I chose to have the baseboards cleaned. This selection even showed up on my emailed confirmation. Unfortunately when asked, the service provider told me that wasn't part of their service. I ended up cleaning the baseboards myself.
