Comment: I"m little disappointed that the technician was not able to remove any of the stains.I have two small stains in the master bedroom that are still there. I wonder if the solution he used was not strong enough.He said all ink stains are unremovable!!!! Lola Jabbour

Comment: The technicians that came to my house were very professional, courteous and did an amazing job with my carpet cleaning. They made suggestions based on what they found with their light and took great care of everything!! I LOVE Dalworth and will definitely use them (and hopefully get these two guys) again. Besides...that jingle has been stuck in my head for so many years that I don't have to search for the number!! Thanks Dalworth for another job well done and kudos on your choice of employees!!

Comment: The ability to price on your website without leaving email addresses or phone numbers or other personal details is a great incentive to carry on with the order process. I looked at other cleaning sites and as soon as personal details are needed for quotes I abandon the process. The green feature (for setting appointments around your schedule) is also very attractive.

Comment: Ricky showed up right on time. He was very friendly and I felt very comfortable with him. He answered some questions I had and explained a few things to me. I have never used Dalworth before (always used Kiwi), but I will from now on! I was very pleased with the way my carpets turned out. They look and feel great!!

Comment: The gentleman you sent was very nice & polite. His appearance was nice & he was very helpful. My mother, who is older, was trying to move a non-heavy box. Your technician took the initiative to stop what he was doing to help her & make sure she was OK. I very much appreciate what he did to make things easier for my mother.

Comment: Tech was great, you should give him a raise. He was honest upfront on everything and wasn't pushy at all, which made me want to pay all his services but just couldn't afford. He did the best job ever and it turned out better than I could have ever expected. He was working with very old carpet and dogs have made the carpets a mess prior to us living there plus the carpets are in need of are placement it even smelled good after it dried, which we we're very surprised. Please tell that tech he was amazing and I hope he is blessed. He sure made our move out easier. Great job! Thank you so much for all your help!!!
