Comment: I am glad I used Dalworth . The reason I thought they were high is because I had a quote from Kiwi in the 60's. I only have one carpet in my house. I was willing to pay more for the quality though so I am satisfied.

Comment: The stains didn't come out of our couch, but the technician was nice. I wish we could repeat the service, but I don't want to have to pay another $110.00. I would definitely call you guys again, though. The service was very professional and everyone was very nice.

Comment: Had a few spots that I really think should have come out. There was a small spot of dry playdoh that I went back and just picked it out of the carpet. It was wet and soft and I was able to just pick it up. He was a very nice guy but I don't know if he just didn't see the spots or just didn't put enough time Into getting them out. Zerorez was able to get dried wall paint out of our carpet so I felt like the few spots that I had should have come out.

Comment: Joe and Buddy did an exceptional job to please the customer- me. We got off to a bumpy start but in the end I was completely satisfied with the job that Joe and his helper did. See you in 6 months

Comment: After carpet dried several spots reappeared. I called and left a message on your message center. Also, I believe the technician turned on my Jacuzzi tub switch instead of the fan and it ran for about six hours before I went into the room. He and I were the only ones in the house. He was very nice, but not satisfied with quality of service. Remie James

Comment: Richard Hearn was my technician and he could not have been any better! He is so personable and courteous, and does an incredible job of getting my aging carpet to look good again! And he always leaves the house looking great! He is one of the reasons I use Dalworth!

Comment: Both service techs were EXCELLENT in every way. They were very polite and professional, informative and did an excellent job. I appreciate their cleanup efforts after they were done cleaning the ducts. The only complaint I have is that your service techs showed up in a plain unmarked white van. For a company with the size and reputation of Dalworth, you could at least have a decal on the side of your van. I was very apprehensive when this unmarked van pulled up in my driveway.
