Comment: When I ordered, the website indicated there would be drying fans included in the service. There was, and only one. Which was moved between my two kid's rooms, and after an hour, and it being 5:30, I told the dude not to worry about the other rooms. Since we had a second tech at the house, from a distance, due to the original tech's machinery not turning on earlier in the day, I didn't want him to have to stay out this way any longer, as I knew he probably didn't live around here. Here's the thing: if your website states fans for drying, I assumed fans in plural, and that they would stay here until the carpets were in fact dry. The tech said normally there are 2 fans, but still don't stay the whole entire time. So, that was a bit disappointing. Luckily, the carpets were dry when our feet hit them in the morning. :)

Comment: The technician was courteous and seemed very capable. I had to have him come back to touch up a few spots which he did successfully. I spoke with Kate several time on the phone concerning a pervious carpet striching we had done with the same area of carpeting by Walworth a 1 1/2 years ago. Kate worked with us in giving us a reasonable discount. Drying time with longer due to dampness of weather at that time

Comment: I don't know if you offer "spot cleaning" service, but there is no indication of it on line. I really just needed two "pet spots" cleaned before arriving guests, but your web site made no indication you offered this service. I had to sign up for two rooms to get the spot in each room taken care of. The technician certainly gave me a good value for the money spent, I just wish I did not need to spend that much money for two spots. I don't mind paying $250-300 for a whole house cleaning, but as a customer I would like to be able to call you back for occasional spot "messes" and not pay over $100 each time. Still, I'll be back.

Comment: I only put slightly high price, because fans should be a part of all service and should not be extra. Especially since the fans I ordered were only on the carpets for less than half an hour. I put over 24 hours, but that was just in spots. Probably where we had most traffic and he had to work harder on those areas. He got all spots out of our light carpet! I wish I could remember the name of our tech, he was wonderful, polite and thorough! My service was 3/25/16 at 8am in Dallas 75214.

Comment: The technician (Marcus) is really was a true asset to your company. I was completely pleased with his knowledge and great attitude to the firm he works for. I told Marcus I was happy but my Wife was the one to please. When she came home she was truly pleased with the results and said we would definitely use Dalworth again especially the technician, (Marcus)!
