Comment: We have always been happily shocked at how good the carpets look after Mr. Hearn completes the cleaning of our carpet. He has always done an excellent job. He has been here enough times now that when he asked what areas he was to clean he remarked "oh, the usual stuff". We have always been very pleased with Dalworth as a company and with Mr. Hearn's knowledge about carpet cleaning and of course the professional results he delivers. Thank you to the entire Dalworth team. Now to set up an appointment for a dear friend … literally. Ms. Pat Welch will be on Dalworth's list today. Comment: Your rep., Mr. James Coleman did a very thorough job on our living room and guest bedroom. Carpet really looked nice to me and my wife was satisfied, which is the important thing. He was right on time and worked on those 2 rooms for an hour and a half. Left absolutely no mess and told us exactly what to do afterwards. I would definitely have him come back. Reason I checked only "fair" on price is that I have no basis for comparison except all the ads I hear. The price was closer to "good bargain" than "slightly high" and your very nice phone rep gave us a 10% discount as repeat customers. Bottom line is that we were happy and would call you again.

Comment: Kermit Zackery did a phenomenal job. He was courteous, professional, and made sure I was happy with my cleaning before he left. He answered some questions that I had and conducted himself with pride for his job and the work that he does. It was obvious that Kermit takes great pride in the job he does and in customer satisfaction. I've used Dalworth twice and I must say that I was greatly impressed and happier the second time on my carpet cleaning.

He is thorough and we were quite impressed with the care and preparation he took to do his prep and setup to make sure that baseboards/paint, etc. were protected. We would recommend him to our friends/family and we look forward to doing more business with him. Our carpets looked and felt as if they were brand new!

Comment: The only complaint I have is that you request dob if payment method is check. I would think the driver's license would be enough and with all the identity theft nowadays, it's just uncomfortable to provide so much personal information. My carpets really do look new, very pleased
