Comment: The drying time took longer because it was a cool and wet day from a week of storms. The carpets were cleaned, but it did not appear that any carpet protector was applied after the cleaning, and it was not noted on the invoice.

Comment: Told phone representative that this was a move out cleaning and needed to be scheduled late in the day, which it was (4-6pm). Received two calls wanting to know if they could come earlier. Caller knew it was a move out cleaning. Why would you call me a week ahead of time to say that there was someone in the area that could come then?

Comment: Great job. I would do it more often if if was a little cheaper. Stairs and landing were the most time-consuming and you can see that there's some wear on those. I think you should provide a traffic pattern service. I'd do it monthly if I could do it for $50 or so. It could be at Dalworth's convenience with 24 hour advance notice to round out work schedule. Probably wouldn't take more than 45 mins. L. Vela

Comment: Began my order online then followed up with a phone call to discuss price issues. The quote I received omitted one large other room (living, dining, den). When Marcus pointed this out to me, I explained that all rooms were reported by me and I did not wish to pay more than the quoted price. After discussing the matter, he agreed to go ahead with the job honoring the quoted price. I appreciated his communication skills as well as his ability to make a decision on the spot. Marcus has now cleaned our carpets three times. We could not ask for better service and better results. It was raining on the day our carpets were cleaned. Marcus explained that it might take a little longer than the normal four hours due to the the humidiity. It did take longer but having been forewarned, we accepted the situation for what it was. Dalworth Clean is our go-to service for great carpet cleaning!
