Comment: THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME DALWORTH EVER SENT OUT 2- TECHNICIANS, 1 LEAD, 1 HELPER. THE SERVICE WAS THE BEST AND MOST PROFESSIONAL I HAVE EVER HAD. THE TWO WERE COMPANY EMPLOYEES, NOT INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS! IT MADE A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE! YOU SHOULD SENT COMPANY PAID ONLY ON ALL JOBS. ALSO SHOULD ALWAYS SEND OUT TWO TECHS . ON ALL LARGE JOBS! Comment: We had wood floor refinished so drying time for carpets question was not applicable. The technicians performing the work were very courteous and professional in every manner. They demonstrated knowledge and skill in addressing issues with our wood floors, There were congenial but worked vigorously to complete the work in a timely manner. We are very satisfied with their work and probably more importantly to Dalworth is that they well represented the Dalworth brand and reputation. We have used Dalworth for many, many years for carpets and floors and will continue to do so based on the quality of performance and professionalism as represented by the technicians yesterday. Comment: They used an acid on the tile as a restorative measure and got it on the baseboards and caused them to warp.

Comment: Husband and wife team of George and Jenn worked very well together. They had finished a job earlier than expected and called to see if they could arrive at our house 30 minutes early. We were happy to oblige. Work was well done, spots treated and furniture moved and replaced. I will specifically ask for them the next time.

Comment: The time was given as between 10 and noon. I called dispatch around 10 to get an idea. They said he was 10 minutes away. I called again at 11 and he was 10 minutes away. Finally arrived around 11:15. Said he problems with his van and the motor mounts. All and all I'm pleased .
