Comment: Sam was very knowledgeable about the service he was providing. He was very friendly and took his time answering all my questions. The best part what when he arrived he took time to greet our dog that was barking like crazy. I hope he is available the next time I need a carpet cleaning .

Comment: Original tech had their truck breakdown. Was suppose to arrive at 8:15. Was told someone would arrive between 1:30 - 3:00. Arrived at 1:00. This tech did not know about the earlier cancellation. However, job was completed in an hour with good results. Thank you.

Comment: I asked for a specific technician to clean my carpets and didn't realize it wasn't the technician that I had asked for until after he left. I was not advised that another technician was coming. Orlando who cleaned my rugs did a good job so I really can't complain but I could have waited another day for the technician that I had requested would be available..

Comment: Chris did a good job on my old carpet. I made the mistake of telling the phone representative that I didn't want my furniture moved and so Chris left my coffee table setting in the middle of my den and cleaned all around it. I should have explained that I didn't want my large pieces of furniture moved, i.e. sofa, large chairs. I consider it a mistake made by both of us...I should have explain myself better and Chris should have taken the initiative to move the coffee table. If I have a need for a carpet cleaning service in the future, I will definitely call Dalworth.

He did a great job on our carpet cleaning also, and thank you to Serra Waits for her Excellent customer service she worked with me the whole way and got me the best deal, she made me feel very comfortable!
