Comment: The technician was very good, but when I decided to have my walk-in shower cleaned (good job) he told me it would have been easier if he had a step stool for the high up shower tiles. I told him there was one in the closet a few feet away (so I can grab things on the high up shelves), He told me he does not like to use customers' things. It was a small plastic step that would have made his job easier. I wish he would have given me the option. That is why I make myself available for these kinds of services.

Comment: Your technician (Francisco) was great. He was very knowledgeable and shared really good tips/advice with me to make sure my furniture would stay looking great. He also did a fantastic job on the tile floors. As we move back into our home after the tornado, I'm so happy to know that these items are clean and ready to use. I also had 2 rugs cleaned and duct work cleaned - and every one has been completely professional and wonderful to work with. Your price varies from competitive to slightly higher than your competition. However, the quality of your work is far better than your competition. We know. I could not have been more happy with Glenn he was very professional at the same time very understanding and patient. Comment: We have used you before, about every 6 months,we just have him clean the traffic areas and not move much furniture, carpet is very clean . We would use more often but I am concerned it reduces the "twist" of the carpet fibers- what do you think on this? I am considering having you clean my kitchen tile grout but at $200 for 400 sf- it's pretty expensive- do you have sales on this service?
