Comment: I only asked for two bedrooms and the stairs to be done and after the technicians left, I realized they did the hallway too! They were constantly making sure I didn't have any questions and also wanted to make sure my kids were safe coming down the stairs onto tile floor. I will definitely be getting the rest of the rooms done and will ask for the same technicians to come back!

Comment: The funiture still has the odor but they put a deodorizer on it and we will see how it goes. It is very old funiture so it just has a musty smell to it.

Comment: We have had Dalworth clean our carpets several times but this service tech was heads and shoulders above the rest. He was much more comprehensive and even got out some stains that the last tech gave up on. Our stair way was very dirty and he put extra effort into cleaning that and it looks great. You have a good company but his service attitude and competence made this a great service and value.

Comment: I have lived in this house for 15 years. The carpet is only 8 years old. I have had this carpet cleaned for $100 each time. THis time I paid $165. The men did a good job BUT I think got the carpet too wet. I have never seen my carpet wrinkle up, wave up soooo badly. I thought it would have to be restretched BUT when it was 100% dry it was ok but had to stay off of it until after the 10 oclock news.
