Comment: The smell of the cleaning solution has a vinegar stench to it, so I'm not sure if the odor is a result of the required cleaning solution in order to get stains out or if Dalworth could modify the smell so that it's more fresh smelling and less pungent.

Comment: Unfortunately the yellow spots in the living room did not come out. It would be nice if technicians had some kind of au kit to test the spot and know what caused it (food, moisture under the carpet, pets, deterioration etc.). In our case the spot was under a couch and under a big recliner, extending out into the middle of the room, since we rented that place, the management company will want to know why the stain was not removed. We suspect that it was from water coming down by the chimney and then just sitting there without us noticing it and rotting out the padding,giving off the stain. Could you give us your opinion in writing please? We would really appreciate this because security deposit is on the line. Thank you
