Comment: Everything were very smoothly and you made it very easy.

It was good. They pressure you for an up sell but it's good. They came out a few weeks after the purchase date. I did take the up sell to get the stain master treatment. It was $56. They did three rooms of carpet cleaning and stain master type treatment. I don't like up sells. They could not ask me about any upgrades. Don't leave it to the technician to do the up sell. The area was good when he was done. The technician was good. Description of Work: They did carpet cleaning service.
