Comment: The technicians that arrived were courteous and respectful. They actually found a problem with our HVAC unit after viewing our vents with the camera. We had to replace the HVAC but were so thankful they pointed out the problems to us because it was very dangerous. I am so very pleased with our service. I would certainly recommend this company to family and friends.

Comment: Juan and Colby were both great. Colby is new to Dalworth but had an excellent attitude, and Juan was both knowledgeable and very concerned about doing what I needed. He explained how dark area in my white carpet was caused by dust blowing in over the years and cleaned it well, and his concern over the 45-year-old wool area rug in the master BR was commendable.
