Comment: Hope stains do not come back, we will see, takes a long time to dry, advised 3-5 hours going on 16 hours and still damp

Comment: The guy who came out last year seem like he had newer equipment. This guy seemed like he had older equipment and he did a better job than the last guy. I was amazed just how clean the carpets got. I have white cream carpet and all the traffic areas are clean. My carpet is now fuffy and soft and looks brand new. Whatever he is using it works, "That just goes to show you that you can't judge a books by its cover." The equipment he had didn't seem like it would clean, but it was the best results ever. Not only that but he came on time and was courteous.

Comment: Juan and Colby were fantastic! They worked very well together, quick and efficient - they were very professional and friendly, I will be asking to use them again for my future cleanings. Comment: Bobby always does an excellent job. He is very thorough and I know my carpets will be cleanest ever when he is done. He is friendly and polite. He takes care with my furniture and puts everything back in their original place. He even removed wax from my carpet. Will certainly refer all my friends to DalWorth and recommend they ask for Bobby!

Comment: I loved our technician! He was very friendly.....my only concern was the add on of the enzyme. We did this to make sure the pet smell was out of the bedrooms. I don't feel like there's much of a difference in the smell. It's still very strong :(
