Comment: the only thing i was disappointed in was not having plastic squares placed under my furniture. i even asked if the technician had any and he said no...because i would have placed them under myself if he had since i'm worried there will be rust and wood stains under the feet of the furniture i was unable to move before the cleaning!

Comment: A few areas did not come clean but we did not realize it until it dried. The technician was great. If we knew we had trouble areas we would have told the technician. He did ask in advance. The carpet is only 2 years old and 100 % nylon so I am pretty certain we can get it clean. Again the technician was very good.

Comment: Would have liked to have the hall included as I have often seen advertised in your specials. I like to have the carpets cleaned to start the NewYear as the holidays and winter weather make a mess of them.

Comment: Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 were all as good as they always have been. However, your service rep. will have to come back and remove the bad spot that didn't come up in the living room. That is the first thing people see when they walk in the front door. Also, he didn't remove the spots in the upstairs bedroom. That is our guest bedroom. You can imagine how I need that particular bedroom. It's not the worker it is the product (I think). Please send him back with better product. Please advise. Comment: The hose brought in made marks on our door frames. Nothing terrible, but possibly work on a solution for something to go around the hose that will not rub on the frame and leave these marks. I am very happy with how the carpets look and feel!

Comment: Our carpet is old and it didn't clean as well as we thought it would. It looks better than it did. We will probably replace it within the year. Your tech did a good job and was very professional and knowledgeable.
