Comment: Jose was outstanding!!!! Best service technician ever. Our street took a direct hit from the devastating tornado that hit Rowlett. Jose expressed his concern...he was so kind. He was also extremely professional and knowledgeable. He really knew what he was doing. When my husband came home from work he said, "it looks like we have brand new carpet...I can't believe the stains are gone." Comment: My carpets look brand-new! They had heavy soil from my daughter's male dog who "marked his territory" in many, many places. The carpet also had food stains from my grandchildren who have been eating all over the house. Now everything is spotless. My neighbor thought I had gotten new carpet! I am very pleased and will try hard to ban the male dog and educate my grandchildren on their eating habits (LOL). Marty was my service technician, and he did an excellent job.

Comment: Harold Grimes glossed my wood floors so it took 24hrs. He came out about 4 times to finished the work. At, first the gloss did not set right, but he fixed the problem. He was very professional.

Comment: To be fair, my rating of price for service might not be worth considering because the last time I had upholstery cleaned was 10+ years ago. Also I did not price shop but called Dalworth because my Mother had seen your TV advertisement. I'm relatively new to this area and don't know one company from the next. With Dalworth I feel like I hit the jackpot! From my initial phone call, to scheduling appointments, to my discussion with Juan - Oscar re what service would be the best for my particular rug cleaning needs, my multiple phone calls re my changes to rug delivery, to the actual service provided me by Bobby Goodin and Candy, Dalworth employees have, without exception, been top notch. By that I mean, very friendly, professional, knowledgeable & patient with me. Dalworth should feel very proud to have so many people with these positive qualities representing it. Usually I'm not much for suffusive praise but I would like to specifically compliment Dalworth on 2 of its employees, Bobby Goodin & Candy. They were very friendly yet professional, both efficient & hard working. Bobby G. is very knowledgeable about upholstery cleaning. Before beginning the job, Bobby G. and I discussed what the best treatment was for my particular upholstery cleaning needs and made a few changes to what I had originally requested. Besides making my upholstery look brand new again, their personal qualities as individuals made me feel comfortable about having "strangers" in my house. By the time the job was finished, they were no longer "strangers" but people that I respected for the quality of their work and that I enjoyed chatting with and for just being all around very nice individuals. I had such a good upholstery cleaning experience with Bobby G. & Candy, that I would not hesitate to recommend Dalworth to anyone needing the services offered. Both Bobby G. and Candy are employees that Dalworth should feel proud of as they were very good representatives of your company.

Comment: Our service tech (Chris) did a great job! He was on time, very professional, and very flexible when I had to run up to school to bring some homework to my kids and was gone for about 10 minutes while he set-up. We would definitely recommend DalWorth (and him) to others. Also wanted to ensure that we're clear with DalWorth on one point. We called to have DalWorth come back because we thought there was a small area that needed to be touched up after the cleaning or that might have been caused by the cleaning. However, some water and a rag (and some light cleaning) removed that small area in just a couple of seconds. We're also not sure it was even caused by the cleaning so just wanted to ensure that everyone knew we were pleased with the service we received. Thanks again!
