Comment: Juan Carroll went above and beyond in taking care of our floors (carpets and hardwoods) and upholstery! He also arranged for Ken Ford to come and give us an estimate on our travertine floors (which we will be scheduling early January!) We would like to request Juan Carroll for the stone cleaning, polishing and sealing. Colby worked with Juan and they are a great team!! It's so nice to start a new year with a clean home! We are in a customer service-related industry as well, and found Dalworth's teammembers to be excellent in their interactions with us both in person and on the phone! Katie Luna was a delight to talk to in scheduling our service needs! Thank you!

Comment: Technician arrived about an hour earlier than the scheduled time frame but offered to come back at the scheduled time if it was inconvenient at the time of his arrival. I was home and close to finishing up my vacuuming so it was ok. My only recommendation would be for the technician to call when en route, if feasible. The tech was very professional in his responses and workmanship.

Comment: The technician was great. The only thing is that the phone representative told me that they would lift the mattress off and clean below the bed. The technician said that they did not do it for King size bed. The phone rep should have said so. Since I was paying for the premium service. I expected that below the bed would be cleaned. The tech did the best he could. This should have been explained by the phone rep. Anyways, My carpet does look clean

Comment: Price lower than I expected. Also had 2 large area rugs picked up and taken in for cleaning--estimate lower than I expected. Happy! Very personable technicians. They vacuumed before beginning so I didn't have to. Pleased that they moved chairs and tables, then put them back with protectors under the feet. Not all companies do that. Cold, rainy day so carpets were still a little damp at bedtime but feel dry this morning. A satisfied customer.

Comment: I signed off on the carpet while it was still damp and it looked pretty good. However, when it dried it was obvious several areas in the bedroom had not been cleaned well and still needed further attention.
