Comment: I had requested furniture moving for the large livingroom, but I moved it. I ask Costel if he would help me move this back and he declined. They were not real heavy items just a sofa , table and chairs. I woud have help him. I did not feel this was the best way to handle this. I still think he did good work and would have him back. I just feel as a customer doing business with Dalworth there could have been a better approach.

Comment: I was very impressed with service and technicians! It was a damp cloudy day. Carpets were completely dry 6 hours after cleaning, that was the first time I really checked!

Comment: Our technician, Chris Hoover, was excellent. He moved furniture, vacuumed under furniture, spotted, cleaned carpets, and put everything back in place. He was very prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. I'll definitely use Dalworth again!

Comment: Very impressed that the service technician was actually on time. I'm not use to that w workmen. Very pleasantly surprised. He was very careful with my new wood floors which I so appreciated. Very nice guy. Would definitely recommend to a friend and I'll use again.
