Comment: On line the reference to space could be clearer, I have always referred to my loft as the landing and this time I was charged an additional charge. It would be nice to have more explicit definitions.

Comment: I had the grout cleaned and sealed in my kitchen and dinning room. The grout had to be cleaned twice to get it clean. They also sealed it to help future cleaning.

Comment: The guys that came out were very friendly. They apologized for being late and explained that they were sent from across town during rush hour traffic. They explained their process and got to work almost immediately. Another company had told me I had black mold and when your team inspected they showed me there were no signs of mold. My only complaint is that the dryer vent, in the attic, was not attached properly after cleaning. This was pointed out to me as a fire hazard by the air conditioner installers that came out later in the week.

Comment: I was not made aware by the order taker on the phone that pet treatment was NOT factored into the price but an estimate would be done when the technicians arrived. It would have been nice to know up front since o specifically asked for it.
