Comment: RE: #7 Not sure on exact drying time; did not need to use carpet areas until several hours after cleaning finished. RE: #8 My mother always said, "you get what you pay for". I found Dalworth prices higher than any other carpet service we've ever used, but the service and staff are truly superior.

Comment: The carpet, particularly Berber in one room took 48 hours to dry. Th day the work was performed wasn't a good day for drying (cool and humid), but we were able to open the house up the next day.

Comment: Each person,today & on initial visit, was very polite. All are assets to your company. Everyone has a "first day" & unusual circumstances can happen. Philippe-spelling?-will do just fine! I am glad you will soon have the equipment on all vehicles to use when the anti microbial solution is used. Our home was treated without it except for the one small unit in bedroom. Comment: I had the grout cleaned and sealed in my kitchen and dinning room. The grout had to be cleaned twice to get it clean. They also sealed it to help future cleaning.
