Comment: I rated the ON-LINE Order process poor because, when your representative called me, I had to give her all the house specs and date/time information all over again. She stated not having that "page" of information showing on her end. ***There is an information page just BEFORE the page whereby I enter my name and address. **Seems to be a system glitch for your website** Otherwise, to find/enter the information was Excellent.

Comment: Harold was great. The drying time was prolonged because the electricity was turned off while Harold was cleaning. This was due to switching from the previous owner to me and it also rained that day.. I brought fans over to help. The electricity was turned back on later in the day and when I returned the next morning it was dry. It was not too wet when Harold left. I will call you again and again and request Harold. Thanks
