Comment: I thought Kermit was a nice man. The problem I had with him is that he stayed on the phone and talked for 10mins before coming in and I had to go somewhere. Kermit was late and I was kept well informed of the appointment ,but he rushed through the job. He arrived at 3:00 and stayed on the phone for 10mins talking on the phone. He came in my house at 3:10 and I informed him I had to leave by 3:30 to pick my daughter up at the airport. This job was carpet repair and its holding up so far. We will see.

Comment: We don't have any carpet. Your service was to clean chairs that had been in storage. Some of them for almost 12 years. We are really happy for the way the dush and dirt came right out. One chair in particular, a blue wing back, we didn't realize how dirty it was. It is now a wonnderful blue that stands out against the green wall behind it.

Comment: First, I had several questions so I scheduled via phone vs. on the website. The girl on the phone couldn't have been nicer. What started off as a good experience turned into a great experience. The technician, Ricky Buller, was excellent. In addition to his cheery and professional attitude, he cleaned my carpets better than anyone has ever done! I typically have my carpeting cleaned 1-2 times per year, and have used various companies over the years. Not only will I now only contact Dalworth, but I will request Ricky! I have been pleased by the work done by previous Dalworth technicians, however Ricky's work was exceptional. When my Mom visited shortly after, even she commented that my carpeting has not looked that good in several years. I will certainly recommend Dalworth and also Ricky Buller! :)

Comment: Our technician was excellent. Our cleaning was more than what he thought it would be and instead of not being able to complete the job he suggested a better cleaning quote and was able to clean our tile for us to make it look beautiful ! He did a wonderful job! Thank you!
