Comment: We have used Dalworth for several years, even though the technician we had last year really cut corners - no vacuuming, no drying fans, etc., even though we paid for the premium service. HOWEVER, my husband said the two technicians we had this time were the best we ever had and we chose the standard service. We are so pleased with the results! Please pass this along to the technicians that did our cleaning - we would love to request them for the next time.

Comment: Joe and Barry were very friendly and honest about cleaning the wood floors, helping me to decide that mine did not need the deep cleaning. That also saved me some money . I appreciate the fact that they offered to do a text spot so that I could compare. That tells me that customers really do come first and not the biggest buck, so I commend you for hiring them.

Comment: We have used your service before and have been very satisfied with all of your services .We were very impressed by our tech. Bobby Godwin ,he was friendly, prompt on arrival and he informed us of all he was doing. .I think he is a definite asset to your company. We will defiantly use your company and ask for Bobby again. I have a story to tell .We went to visit our family in Oklahoma and we took our three Great Danes , but little did we know that our newest rescue did not travel well ,welllll that night while we were sleeping he got sick all over the carpeted floor in the room we were staying.!!!!! We told them we would pay to have the carpet cleaned and tried to find your company's phone number .It turns out you do not have a office in their town so we were forced to use another company .Needless to say they are no where as good as your service I was not happy with their cleaning and although we paid them as they did clean the carpet but not as well as your company does. I could still smell the offensive smell that night.I am so glad you have a company HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Comment: I'm glad we had we the guarantee. My landlord who took over the apartment the next day was unhappy about spots still on the carpet. He called Dalworth and a technician is coming out on Tuesday.
