Comment: I have called other carpet cleaning places and have even tried to clean the carpets myself and they have never looked as good as they do now. The technician was very careful in what he did and took his time on the carpets.

Dalworth service is exactly what you say it will be: first handled by a competent phone rep who is definitely there for you, followed by a professional-looking technician who shows up on time and does an impeccable job. In fact, we kept adding on to your service and will have had Dalworth back three times in two weeks. We're expecting houseguests in early October and feel our home is now refreshed for their stay. Comment: I was very impressed with Dalworth, every associate was SO nice, so professional and all had positive attitudes and seem to enjoy their jobs! We've always used Zerorez in the past, Dalworth was like a breath of fresh air. You have new customers for life. Our rug looked great after they were done, the smell was about 95% gone. The technician's are coming back out today to try and work on the one spot that still needs a little help. Overall we are very satisfied, your customer service is fantastic, your technicians were very knowledgeable and friendly!

Comment: I have used Dalworth for 20 years. I thought Costel did a great job. I used Dalworth because of the quality of the work. I love having Costel because his attitude is always positive. My realtor comment on my house all the time and I have referred many of my friends to Dalworth because of Costel. The price is not as inportance as the work and how well the tech communicates with me.
