Comment: I was very impressed with Dalworth, every associate was SO nice, so professional and all had positive attitudes and seem to enjoy their jobs! We've always used Zerorez in the past, Dalworth was like a breath of fresh air. You have new customers for life. Our rug looked great after they were done, the smell was about 95% gone. The technician's are coming back out today to try and work on the one spot that still needs a little help. Overall we are very satisfied, your customer service is fantastic, your technicians were very knowledgeable and friendly!

Comment: We had our Tile and Grout cleaned. I was very impressed with the young technician, Kermit Zachary that did it. He came back the second time because we wanted him to redo the color of the Grout, which he had to order it. He was very professional, answered all of our questions and even gave us some hints as to how to take care of the tile. He got on his hands and knees and with a tooth brush but the Grout color sealer on and we love the color. He went over and beyond our expectations and he did an excellent job. The next time we call Dalworth, I really hope he can come back. He really cares about doing the best job possible and cares that his customers are happy. We were very impressed with this young man. That is something you don't get very often anymore. I would highly recommend Kermit Zachary to anyone. Thanks so much. Nancy Bell
