Comment: Two hoses broke while the tech was cleaning our carpets Ricky was clearly frustrated as he cloujld barely finish our job and had to contact his boss to repor the 2 damaged hoses and obtain operable ones in order to complete his jos for the day. There is a very large white stain in the street our front of my home that I sure wwould like someone to clean up. Thanks.

Comment: 1. It was my fault that I did not ask the phone representative if your company used contract/sub-contract techs. I typically do not use a company where I have to deal with a third person for services at my home. If I had know that the technician was not an actual employee of your company I probably would not have used your company. I should have asked. 2. I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the technicians equipment. The drying fans had obvious dirt and lint hanging from the fan guards. His vacuum equipment and steam machine looked like it needed to be cleaned between jobs. The interior of his truck where he kept his equipment was rather stained and dirty. I also think there needs to be a nylon net/bag tied to the end of the discharge hose to catch the cleaning water discharge residue. 3. The technician worked very hard for several hours, he was very accommodating to answer my questions about your company and the work that he was going to do for us. The first question to him being; was he a contractor or company employee. The reason being he had no company identification on his van. I was disappointed, but allowed him to continue working. I was very satisfied with his work and attitude while he was here. I appreciate how hard he worked to clean our carpet and tile. Thank you, Jerry Webber

He represents everything a great service tech should be with his diligence in ensuring clean carpets, care with the furniture, wonderful manners, and very punctual. He's a sweetheart who goes above and beyond! Dalworth should be proud to have him representing the Dalworth name. Never a complaint with the wonderful people that take my calls and schedule the cleaning. They're all well trained and professional. There's a reason we've been customers for so long! Dalworth always provides convenient, effective service. They worked hard to accommodate my timeframe, which was much appreciated.
