Comment: The tech needs to be more careful moving the furniture, he dropped a ceramic but it did not break. He did not even acknowledge that it happened.

Comment: technician advised us that our area rug could not be shampooed due to no backing, but he did the best he could by using his vacuum. That really did help. Overall price was reduced due to that and we were very pleased with the sofa cleaning as well. Nice experience.

Comment: Kermit did an excellent job. He assessed the situation and did what was needed to get my tiles back to their original color. He even got on his hands and knees to get all the sides and corners. Very cordial and knowledgable. I highly recommend him.

Comment: Very small areas so feel the charges are a bit high for amount of work to be done. Also think that more options to swap out services with standard that are not required for others that would be more beneficial. Also due to the small area drying time with a fan was minimal.
