Comment: Service Rep was great going through the checkpoints to make sure the degree of cleaning would be appropriate for the rug getting cleaned. Also asked a few questions about couches we wanted cleaned and he was able to tell us about holiday pricing and estimates on the furniture prices for future date. Great overall, happy with our decision to choose Dalworth.

Comment: Based on the amount of work requested, 2 technicians instead of just one would have made the time it took the job more reasonable. Technician was there for 8 plus hours. He did a fantastic job, but could have been done quicker with more help.

Comment: We moved out of our house, so I am unable to tell you how long it took the carpets to dry. They looked beautiful and we were very happy with everything!

Comment: Most of carpet felt dry by 10 hours, but stairs and couple of areas that had stains treated took longer so we stayed off those areas 24 hours and put our small fan on stairs. Very impressed by Alberto- very professional and courteous!

Comment: The representative was a super nice person. My only concern is that on the phone she said they would move the furniture as in clean under the beds. I don't think he got under the beds. Otherwise he did a great job.

Comment: Tony did a great job. He pointed out a trouble spot and we both agreed all was okay. Late in the day cleaning clearly had pulled probably pet stain to the surface that I didn't know I had. I called first thing the next morning for an emergency help (putting the house on the market, showing already scheduled, and I was leaving town). Dawn was fantastic to hear my situation and went to plan C to get Tony back out ASAP. He was great to quickly access, worked very hard, and resolved the problem. He had a great attitude and provided excellent customer service. I DO NOT view the call back as lack of care or knowledge at initial cleaning. Regardless, I'm VERY happy. I have used Dalworth not only for cleaning but flood resolution. I'll continue to be a customer but I'm not sure you service my new location!
