Comment: Tony did a great job. He pointed out a trouble spot and we both agreed all was okay. Late in the day cleaning clearly had pulled probably pet stain to the surface that I didn't know I had. I called first thing the next morning for an emergency help (putting the house on the market, showing already scheduled, and I was leaving town). Dawn was fantastic to hear my situation and went to plan C to get Tony back out ASAP. He was great to quickly access, worked very hard, and resolved the problem. He had a great attitude and provided excellent customer service. I DO NOT view the call back as lack of care or knowledge at initial cleaning. Regardless, I'm VERY happy. I have used Dalworth not only for cleaning but flood resolution. I'll continue to be a customer but I'm not sure you service my new location!

Comment: The service technicians were exceptionally courteous and accommodating. The carpets looked exceptionally nice - there were a couple of spots that did not come out but it was not their fault , They were caused by an liquid that is often permanent. The were able to lighten them some. Before leaving the were very concerned that I was aware that as long as the carpet was damp I should be very cautious when stepping from the carpet to the tile floors because they would be very slick. I was very careful and did not have any problems. I have to use a walker so they were more concerned than maybe with someone that doesn't have a walking problem. I appreciated it very much and it made me even more aware of moving around. Thank you for your service and attention to my needs,. Phyllis Kimbrell

Comment: Louis was a superior representative for your company. He was extremely professional at all times, yet he was a warm and personable individual as well. He needs to be commended for his positive and thorough approach to cleaning our carpets, while instilling customer confidence in his service. His assistant, Terrence, was equally polite and professional, and he took time to do an excellent job. Comment: Brandon and John were very friendly. They did some extra things like cleaning the ceiling fans on the first floor. They got extra dust of the ceilings and walls. They went beyond and their work was very good.I will call Dalworth again for their services.

Comment: Regarding on line order, I had written in the comment section that I wanted to have my carpet restretched. When I called to reschedule the appointment and asked about it. The phone person said it was not put on the order. She was glad I mentioned it because she needed to send a technician who knew how to do that. So the person who reads the on line orders needs to be sure to read every part of it.
