Comment: Craig, the technician, was very professional, prompt and attentive to some areas that required further treatments. Some spots that had been cleaned reappeared prior to his departure so he gladly re-cleaned those areas again. So far, the spots seem to have been taken care of and the carpets look, feel and smell very clean. Thank you.

Comment: This survey is for the duct cleaning. The two young men who came to do the duct cleaning were delightful. The were very polite and respectful and explained each step of the job in detail. I would like a copy of the video of the duct cleaning that they performed.

Comment: Very nice experience. Dalworth called and told us the technicians were ahead of schedule and asked if we would want them to come early. We said yes. Frank and the other technician arrived promptly and explained everything they would do and then got started. They were very efficient, thorough, and fast. The carpets and upholstery now look as good as new. We are extremely pleased with the job they did. We will definitely use Dalworth again and would also like these same two technicians again since they were so efficient and professional. Thank you.
