Comment: Great Technician, did a wonderful job, neat appearance, did a good job explaining about the service he was providing. Hhe had lots of experience and was very competent at hi job.

He did a good job cleaning it, but it seemed that perhaps not all of the cleanser was removed. The fabric seemed stiff after it dried and it took longer to dry than I had been expecting. I don't know what to attribute this problem to. Dalworth did call to check on the cleaning and I told them about it, but I didn't want them to come back and try to remedy the situation because I was afraid they might make it worse. Description of Work: He cleaned my sofa.

Comment: Kermit and Ricky were great -- my lock was rusted shut on the gate, but they soldiered on and managed to do everything, in the mud, in the RAIN, with a locked shut gate! Seriously, give these guys a raise. Could not be happier.

Comment: Service tech did a great job on my blinds. He was early and did an excellent job.

Called the day before and scheduled a cleaning the next day. I used a coupon offered on angieslist to get the deal. Only issue was I requested a phone call when they were coming which I didn't receive but I was at the property anyway so not a big deal. Description of Work: Cleaned carpets
