Comment: The tech was beyond amazing. He was extremly great at what he does. He is great to the customers and great at his work. I am not kidding when I say he is amazing. I was blown away at how great my vcarpets looked, he saved me from having to replace my old carpets. my daughter is not gunna believe how great they look since she tried to rent a machime and clean them and it did no good. I will tell all my friends and request this same tech next time. ar

Comment: The technician was excellent---very knowledgeable, helpful, nice and professional. We have used several different cleaning companies and our carpet never really looks that much better after a cleaning until now. This is the first time I can actually see a difference and our carpet looks almost new. We have two dogs who track in all kinds of dirt and our carpet is very cheap so it's hard to keep it looking clean. We will use Dalworth again in the future and recommend them because of the service we received.

Comment: The gentleman who arrived had a marvelous personality and a great knowledge of cleaning (especially for animal stains). He also gave me good suggestions for the periodic mistakes from our 2 dogs. I have always used Dalworth since we moved here in 2005 from San Diego and I have referred them to my friends.

Comment: Sam was outstanding. Friendly, professional and "LOVES" cats. I have 5. Next time I use Dalworth I will definitely ask for Sam again. He did a fabulous job. My 12 year old carpets look brand new. He was able to remove every stain. Wife was thrill with the results.
