Comment: I thought the overall price of just over $1,000 was on the high side. But I also feel in life one usually gets what one pays for. As far as I can see, the quality of the work was a 10 and I wish I'd done it earlier. I'll definitely use the service again, however I'll be more prepared for that big bill. PS: the bill didn't come as a surprise when I paid it, as I knew what I was getting into based on the pricing I was given online. Also I DID book originally online but also spoke w/ a rep on the phone who was very helpful.

Comment: Some of my rooms have very small traffic patterns but are big sized room. They have a lot of furniture and since they are big in dimensions I have to pay a lot for a small area of cleaning. You are higher than others that work our area but I stick with you because of the quality of the work.The technician did a wonderful job

Comment: I thought out Technician went above his service - very friendly and went out of his way to do a good job. I will ask for him when I need the carpet cleaned again - my cat throws up quite alot and everything came out to my satisfaction.

Comment: Harold went way above and beyond to clean our extremely old and neglected vct in our new house. His incredibly hard work paid off and the floor looks AMAZING. He was very kind and polite through it all, especially given the challenge we presented to him. I can't thank him enough for transforming our floors. I will happily recommend Dalworth to anyone. I will absolutely call on Dalworth again to help with our floors and will ask for Harold!

Comment: The only problem we had was scheduling the cleaning. We picked a time online and was called the next day from Dalworth needing to reschedule. The time we chose was already booked by someone in the office and the online system did not reflect the unavailability.

Comment: I like Dalworth because I believe the company's size and years in business give it an advantage over most other carpet cleaning companies in quality and efficiency of service. That being said, I must point out that Richard Hearn is the single biggest reason for using Dalworth. Richard is professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, very hard working, and very efficient. He is the best, and he is unquestionably an asset to Dalworth.
