Comment: I have gone online previously to set up an appointment....the schedule usually shows no times available so I call and have been successful in getting the Cust Service lady to check my guys schedule and we have been able to find a time. Steve Franklin is the best. Best Alan Danforth

He was patient with my questions and performed a wonderful job on all the carpets throughout the house. Glenn was courteous and professional. I'm very happy with my clean carpets.

Comment: We had some stains that required more saturation than most. The areas took more time to dry. I was very glad that the puckered areas recovered and I won't need stretching. Carpet looks great!
