Comment: My initial technician was late due to his first customer of the day minimizing the size of his job when it was scheduled. Kim was great about finding another technician, George and his wife, Gina, for us to perform our job instead and kept us on schedule. I'd definitely use George, Gina and Kim again and would recommend Dalworth to my friends------------in fact I mentioned how George and Gina "saved the day" for us so that we were able to be on time to our Bible study with the pizza that we were responsible for bringing!

Comment: We have been doing business with your company for over 15 years and our carpets have NEVER dried in less than 16-20 hours....they may be partially dried in 8 hours but completely dried takes twice that time. I don't know why you advertise that it dries in less time.

Comment: Richard P. and his assistant did such a great job cleaning my tile (Job #280339 - 6855 Truxton Dr.). The difference between the "before" and "after" is amazing. Richard and his assistant were courteous and friendly and made sure I understood the tile cleaning and sealing process. They were professional and thorough and I was really impressed by them.
