Comment: Richard Pena was our technician and very informative about the condition of our carpet. Carpet in good condition but needs to be stretched in 3 rooms. He advised us to give you a call when we are ready to have carpet stretched. Richard was courteous and professional.

Comment: I was very impressed by the work ethic of the technician. He arrived on time, took care of business and made sure I was happy before he left. He stayed about 2 hours. This is so much better than the previous tech, who stayed about 1/2 hour, didn't vacuum or move furniture and didn't do a good job with spots. I would definitely ask for the recent technician again.
