Comment: Our technician did a really good job of focusing on cleaning our carpets right while the home office was trying to rush him on to the next job in Coppell. We had a LOT of carpet to be cleaned. It made us very happy that Pat, I think, focused on getting our carpets done right and did not rush through the job when encouraged to do so by phone. We will stick with Dalworth because we consistently like the technician we get there.

Comment: Tech was terrific, very professional. Stretching carpet price seemed high, but good job. Not all spots came up so not completely satisfied with the price for results.

Comment: My open window was 1 to 3 PM and technician arrived around 3 but I am sure it was because of the heavy rains around. If he could have arrived in the first hour and 30 minutes, he weather was dry. But he did a great job when he arrived. I have no complaints.. the drying time was hampered because of the excessive rain.

Comment: I believe in the past there were two technicians?? Our technician was good, but the whole process took 3 hrs. Is this normal?
