Comment: I would prefer the vehicles be marked with "Dalworth". It was just a white van sitting in front of my house for several minutes before I figured out it was Dalworth. He was super early (which is fine), so it wasn't clear who it was. Great carpet cleaning though!

Comment: I am currently blind and my husband was not happy with the carpet cleaning. Mainly the smell of the carpet is what my husband complained about. They have to come back out and addresss this.

Comment: Though the crew was delayed, by 2 hours, the dispatch dept. kept me well apprised of their progress in reaching me. Comment: I scheduled appt with Amanda who was very thorough and explained in detail everything about duct cleaning. Brandon did an excellent job and answered all my questions. Both were extremely courteous. I will definitely use Dalworth again!!!

Comment: He did a great job and cleaned my carpets very well but it looked like he threw my picture frames from my dresser onto my bed when he went to move the furniture and broke the glass in one of the frames and scratched the glass in other frame.

Comment: Richard was very polite and friendly. He did an excellent job and was very respectful of not only me but my home and furniture. If I was not moving out of state I would use Dalworth again. Comment: Requested a call when technician was on way so that I could get my dogs situated but he just showed up. Called and they said that dispatch had it in their notes to call and didn't know what they didn't. So one dog had to spend the entire time outside. The other I got crated while the technician waited outside.

Comment: Both Robert and Dom were exceptionally professional and personable. Very patient also, when we had to make an emergency run for replacement air filters. They are great as a team!

Comment: Garry and Kathy Taylor are always great. The website is kind of difficult to navigate and specifically requesting Garry and Kathy on the site was impossible. This service form is also buggy. Clicking on a subsequent button sometimes unclicks a previous selection.
