Comment: I called to see what the eta was on the arrival, and she said she was going to call. I might have just beat her to it. Service was between 1:00 and 3:00. Arrival was 3:15

Comment: The baseboards were not done on the Economy Level. I am not complaining. I just wanted the service I paid for. He does not have to come back out. He did not seem like he really wanted to explain the tile sealing, but the cleaning was done well. The service was okay.

Comment: I was extremely pleased with how the carpets turned out, including the stretching they did. I am planning on calling to make another appointment this morning to have another bedroom carpet cleaned and the tiles in the kitchen.. I'm hoping I can get Monty and Andrew back. The entire experience from setting up the appointment to waving good bye to the Technicians was a very happy experience.

Comment: I absolutely love the Taylors and always call Dalworth for them direct. They are excellent, show up on time, work quickly, are nice to me and my dogs! Answer all my questions about my rugs and carpet and can always usually get me into the schedule quickly. I appreciate the service they provide me and have been getting my carpet cleans more regularly than ever since they have been my technicians.
